TSX Groupe is a scaffolding, formwork and steel prop manufacturer in China, based in Tianjin with our own production facilities and an in-house export department. Scaffolding Systems — Ringlock, Cuplock and Frame
As a scaffolding manufacturer in China we produce scaffolding systems for access and support, including ringlock scaffolding, cuplock scaffolding, frame scaffolding, steel planks, base jacks and couplers. Standard lengths, bay sizes and surface treatments can be adjusted to match the practice on your market, and mixed containers combining systems and accessories are normal for us.
Steel Formwork — Wall, Column and Slab
We act as both formwork manufacturer and steel formwork supplier: our steel formwork range covers wall formwork panels, column formwork, slab formwork, timber-beam systems, tie rods, clamps and accessories. Panels can be produced in standard sizes for rental fleets or dimensioned for a specific project drawing, which keeps on-site cutting to a minimum.
Adjustable Steel Props — 1.6 m to 6.0 m
As a dedicated steel prop manufacturer, we produce adjustable steel props with 48 mm inner and 60 mm outer tubes in Q235 or Q355 steel, in working heights from 1.6 m to 6.0 m, with fork heads, base plates, swivel bases and H20 timber-beam connectors. Painted, pre-galvanized, powder coated and hot-dip galvanized finishes are available for different climates and rental lifetimes. Manufacturing and Quality Control
Production runs through cutting, forming, welding, drilling and surface treatment lines in our own plants, with inspection at each stage rather than only at the end. Before shipment we sample-check the items on your order: height adjustment and thread condition on props, weld quality and panel flatness on formwork, tube diameter, wall thickness and zinc coating thickness across the batch. Loading photographs and inspection records are sent to you before the container leaves the factory, and third-party inspection at our works can be arranged on request. If your project requires particular test or inspection documentation, tell us the standard at the quotation stage and we will confirm in writing what we can provide.
Quotation, Delivery and Payment Terms
To prepare an accurate quotation we need five things: the product and specification, the quantity, the destination port, the trade term you want (FOB Tianjin or CIF), and your required delivery date. With those details our export team normally returns a firm quotation within one working day, and quotations are valid for 30 days.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer with our own production facilities in Tianjin, China, together with an in-house export department. Buyers deal with the factory on pricing, sample approval and production scheduling, while our export team handles documents, inspection coordination and shipping.
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and the surface treatment. Standard scaffolding, formwork and steel prop items are normally supplied by full container load or by pallet, and trial orders can be discussed for new buyers. Send us your item list and destination port and we will confirm the minimum quantity and the most economical loading plan.
What are your delivery times?
Standard scaffolding, steel formwork and steel prop orders are normally delivered 4 to 6 weeks after order confirmation and receipt of the deposit. Customized items and mixed-container orders are confirmed case by case at the quotation stage.
What payment terms do you accept?
Our standard terms are a 30% T/T deposit with the order and the 70% balance paid before shipment for FOB orders, or against the B/L copy for CIF orders. An irrevocable L/C at sight can also be accepted. All conditions are written on the proforma invoice, which is valid for 30 days.
Which countries do you export to?
We regularly ship to North America, Mexico, Central and South America, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Africa and the Middle East. For each order we prepare the export documentation, confirm the container loading plan and coordinate the shipping schedule with the forwarder.
Can you supply OEM products or customized items?
Yes. We can produce to your drawing or sample, apply your brand to the product and packaging on agreed orders, and provide pre-shipment inspection photos and videos. Third-party inspection at the factory is welcome.
Can you provide test reports and inspection documents?
Tell us the standard, certificate or inspection your project or your own buyer requires, and we will confirm exactly which documents we can issue with the quotation. Documentation is agreed in writing before the order is placed so there are no surprises at shipment.
