Q1: What is the maximum free-standing height for door frame scaffolding?

A1:The recommended free-standing height is no more than 24 meters. Greater heights are possible when tied to a structure, subject to professional design calculations.

 

Q2: What is the delivery lead time?

A2:28-42 days for standard products. Custom products require an additional 10 days, depending on order quantity.

 

Q3: Do you provide installation guidance?

A3:Yes. We provide detailed installation manuals, video tutorials.

 

Q4: Can you provide matching safety nets and working platforms?

A4:Yes. We offer complete scaffolding system solutions, including all related accessories like safety nets, decking, and ladders.

 

Q5: What are the surface treatment options and how to choose?

A5:Yes. We currently offer two excellent surface treatment options: Pre-galvanized and Powder Coating.For performance & value outdoors: Choose Pre-galvanized.For short-term use and where color selection is required：Choose powder coating.

 

Q6: What payment terms do you accept?

A6:We accept T/T with 30% advance payment. The remaining 70% is due before packing for FOB, or against a copy of the B/L for CIF. More flexible terms can be discussed for long-term partners.

 

Q7: How do you guarantee product quality?

A7:We ensure quality through strict, end-to-end control. Our professional team conducts multiple inspections from raw materials to production and final pre-shipment.

 

Q8: Can you provide samples? Are they free?

A8:We can provide samples. However, you will need to pay a sample fee, which we can cover free of charge for shipping. Once you place a formal order, we can refund the sample fee to you.

 

Q9:Where is your factory located? Can we visit it?

A9:Our factory and headquarters are in Tianjin, China. Visits are welcome. Please inform us of your schedule in advance for arrangements.
