The disc-type scaffolding is a scaffolding that is more familiar to people in the industry. It has good safety performance and long service life. However, the main reason for recommending you to use the disc-type scaffolding is the social and economic benefits.

It is an upgraded product of scaffolding with mature technology, firm connection, stable structure, safety and reliability.

The disc-type scaffolding has standardized disc spacing, flexible coordination, light formwork system, large connection disc distance, less physical consumption of workers, and saves labor costs. It can be applied to various building structure beam and slab supports, bridge supports, building structure decoration operation frames, and various auxiliary facilities.

The main components are all made of internal and external hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion technology, completely abandoning the surface treatment of brushing and spraying. This surface treatment method that does not peel off or rust not only reduces the high per capita maintenance cost, but also has a consistent appearance. The elegant and beautiful silver color also enhances the image of the project.

The disc-type scaffolding has a larger support capacity, and the support span can be larger than the traditional bowl-type scaffolding and steel pipe fasteners, providing ample construction space for on-site operations.

Taking the 48 series support frame as an example, the allowable bearing capacity of a single pole with a height of 5 meters is 4.8 tons (safety factor is 2), and the destructive load reaches 10 tons, which is 2-3 times that of traditional products.

For the 60 series support frame, the allowable bearing capacity of a single pole with a height of 5 meters is 8 tons (safety factor is 2), and the destructive load reaches 16 tons.

Generally, the spacing between vertical poles is 1.5 meters and 1.8 meters, and the step distance of horizontal poles is 1.5 meters. The maximum spacing can reach 3 meters, and the step distance can reach 2 meters. Therefore, the usage under the same volume will be reduced by 1/2 compared with traditional products, and the weight will be reduced by 1/2~1/3.

Due to the small amount and light weight, operators can assemble it more conveniently. The assembly and disassembly costs, transportation costs, rental costs, and maintenance costs will be saved accordingly, generally 30% can be saved.
