8.Ringlock Scaffolding FAQ
Q1:What’s the delivery time?
A1:Production time is 4-6 weeks, then shipping from Tianjin port.
Q2:What is Ringlock Scaffolding?
A2:It is a modular scaffolding system (often called Layher scaffolding) that uses a unique “rosette” or ring connection to secure horizontal ledgers and diagonal braces to vertical standards.
Q3:What are the key components?
A3:The main components include vertical standards (with rosettes every 0.5m), horizontal ledgers, diagonal braces, steel planks/platforms, base jacks, and guardrails.
Q4: What payment terms do you offer?
A4:We offer both FOB and CIF payment terms to meet different customer needs.
For FOB orders, the payment terms are 30% in advance and 70% upon container loading.
For CIF orders, the payment terms are 30% in advance and 70% upon presentation of a copy of the Bill of Lading.
Q5:Do I need special tools?
A5:No, all components connect using standard wedges and rosettes, requiring only a hammer for assembly/disassembly.
Q6:What is the load capacity?
A6:Capacity varies by configuration, but Ringlock is classified as a robust, industrial-grade system. For specific projects, you must consult the manufacturer’s technical manual or a qualified engineer, as the load depends on bay size and vertical spacing.
Q7:What materials are used?
A7:Most systems use high-strength Q355 steel with a hot-dip galvanized finish for corrosion resistance.
Q8:Can you provide samples? Are they free?
A8:We can provide samples. However, you will need to pay a sample fee, which we can cover free of charge for shipping.
Q9:Do you have relevant industry certifications? (e.g., ISO9001)
A9:Yes. We are ISO9001 certified, and our products meet international standards like CE and SGS.
Q10:How do you guarantee product quality?
A10:We ensure quality through strict, end-to-end control. Our professional team conducts multiple inspections from raw materials to production and final pre-shipment.
