There is a certain relationship between the depth of the vibrating screen bed and the size of the materials. Different sizes of materials need to choose different depth of the screen bed.
The feeding of the vibrating screen plate contains a mixture of various sizes and materials. Blocking of large materials in the sieve aperture will affect the screening of small materials, which will form a temporary restriction and lead to the accumulation of materials on the surface of the filter screen.
When the undersized material passes through the sieve, the bed depth should be reduced. Before discharging at the end of the screen plate surface of the vibrating screen, the material layer shall not reach the depth to prevent the substances under the screen from layering.
In general, when separating 100 pounds per cubic foot of material, the bed depth at the discharge end should not exceed four times the mesh size of the sieve plate or three times for 50 pounds per cubic foot of material.
The distribution and size of sieve plate holes of the TSX vibrating screen are designed reasonably. It is less affected by the depth of the screen bed. The vibration force of the vibrator is large, the screen holes are less blocked, the separation efficiency is high, and the service life is long.
