There are many factory test methods for vibrating screen. At present, the more accurate test is completed by portable system. The key of the test is to select appropriate sensors, convert different source signals into appropriate electrical signals, and then use different software for data processing and analysis. Of course, if the conditions are limited, some test items can be completed by relatively simple methods. Amplitude and direction angle test Under the condition that the vibration frequency is constant, the amplitude is marked by the vibration intensity of the sieve.
The purpose of amplitude test is to check whether the average amplitude of the four corners of the screen meets the design requirements, whether the left and right amplitudes of the feed end of the screen are consistent with the left and right amplitudes of the discharge end, and whether the average amplitude of the feed end is too different from the average amplitude of the discharge end.
Due to the errors in the design (especially the calculation of the center of gravity) of the vibrating screen and the manufacturing process, the amplitude of the four corners of the vibrating screen is not completely equal- It is generally required that the difference between the amplitude of the two points at the feeding end and the amplitude of the two points at the discharging end of the vibrating screen shall not be greater than 0.5mm;
Feeding end A The correlation between the average amplitude of point B and the average amplitude of two points at the discharge end shall not be greater than 1mm. In this way, the materials will not deviate during screening, and the screen frame will not be subject to torsional vibration.
